How It Works:

  1. Purchase on our online store or at any Legends location; just select Legends Endless Pass on the menu.
  2. Legends Team Member will place a Legends Endless Pass on your windshield. You will be recognized each time you visit.
  3. The pass entitles you to one (1) car wash per day all month long.
  4. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

Endless Pass F.A.Q.

1How do I sign up for an Endless Pass membership?
It's quick and easy to sign up! Go to Shop on the website and select Endless Pass. Select a Pass option and purchase on our secure site. Print out receipt and take it to any Legends Express Car Wash to receive your pass. You may also go to any Legends and purchase at the point of sale and a Legends Team Member will take care of you. Still have questions, ask one of the Legends Team Members and they will be happy to assist you.
2How does the Endless Pass work?
A Legends Team Member will place a small RFID pass on your windshield. Our system will automatically recognize you each time you visit. Your pass is good for one month and one wash per day.
3When will I be billed for my Endless Pass?
The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and no fuss! Plus, it's easy to update or cancel your plan.
4Once I am a member, will I be able to use my membership at any of your Legends Express Car Wash locations?
Yes, your membership is good at all Legends locations.
5Can I use my Endless Pass with more than one vehicle?
No, the program is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account. Also, this program is for personal use only; no taxis, limos, shuttles or app-based transportation services. We have our Fleet Wash Program available for your business or commercial needs.
6How do I use my membership?
Pull up to the point of sale and our system will automatically recognize you. Wait for the bar to raise and enter the car wash. This membership is good for one wash per day.
7How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time on our website. Go to Endless Pass in the menu and go to Cancel Endless Pass. We will send you a confirmation email after you've entered your information. You may also email us at [email protected]. We will need your name, email, vehicle and location you signed up at. You can always cancel at any Legends Car Wash location.
8Will I receive a refund after I cancel my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until the day before your next billing date.
9Can I transfer my Endless Pass membership to a different vehicle?
Yes, you can! Visit any of our locations to transfer your membership to a new or different vehicle.

Account Management F.A.Q.

1Do I need my Endless Pass tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, you may get your endless pass tag number from any email we have sent you or by looking at the Endless pass tag on your windshield. It is 5 digits, a + sign and another 6 digits. If you do not have your Endless Pass tag number please contact us.
2How long does it take for my Endless Pass to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
3Will I receive a refund after cancelling my Endless Pass?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
4Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my Endless Pass?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
5What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
